Minority Recruitment Initiative
An initiative to increase the participation of underrepresented minorities training in hematology-related fields, the ASH Minority Recruitment Initiative (MRI) was created in 2003 to increase the participation of underrepresented minorities training in hematology-related fields and to increase the number of minority hematologists with academic and research appointments.
